When you use the contact form on our website, we collect the following: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the text of your message.
We use the data solely to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a quote.
The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — steps necessary to take action at your request before entering into a contract.
The contact form is handled by Formspree Inc. (United States) acting as processor. Formspree stores data on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the United States and holds SOC 2 Type II certification. The transfer of personal data from the European Economic Area to the United States is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Formspree automatically deletes form submissions after 30 days (free plan). Resolved inquiries are deleted from the operator's inbox promptly. In all cases, data is retained for a maximum of one year.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the email address above.
If you believe the processing is unlawful, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutettu, tietosuoja.fi).
